- "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using our Services
- "Services" refers to fuel delivery and related services provided by the Company
- "Fuel" refers to diesel, lubricants, AdBlue/DEF, and other petroleum products
- "Delivery Location" refers to the address specified by the Customer for fuel delivery
3. Services
3.1 Service Types
The Company provides the following fuel delivery services:
- Doorstep diesel delivery via calibrated bowsers
- 20L jerry can delivery
- Bulk fuel supply for industrial and commercial customers
- AdBlue/DEF delivery
- Lubricants delivery
3.2 Service Area
Currently, our services are available in Delhi NCR region including New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.
Service availability may vary based on location and order quantity.
4. Ordering and Delivery
4.1 Order Placement
- Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Minimum order quantity is 20 liters for most services
- Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for standard delivery
- Express delivery (12-24 hours) may be available with additional charges
4.2 Delivery Requirements
- Customer must ensure safe and accessible delivery location
- Appropriate space must be available for fuel delivery vehicle
- Customer or authorized representative must be present during delivery
- All safety protocols must be followed as per Company guidelines
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- Prices are based on current market rates and may vary daily
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise
- Delivery charges may apply based on location and quantity
- Express delivery attracts additional charges
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment must be made at the time of delivery unless credit terms are approved
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card
- Credit terms may be available for approved corporate customers
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
6. Quality and Safety
6.1 Fuel Quality
- All fuel is sourced directly from authorized Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs)
- Fuel quality certificates are available upon request
- All dispensing equipment is government-calibrated and certified
- Company is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage by Customer
6.2 Safety Protocols
- All deliveries comply with PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) regulations
- Drivers are HAZMAT certified and trained in safety procedures
- Customer must comply with all safety instructions during delivery
- Smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited during delivery
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery
- Cancellations within 12 hours may attract a cancellation fee of 10% of order value
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery vehicle has been dispatched
7.2 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- No refunds for delivered fuel unless quality issues are proven
- Partial refunds may be considered for service failures on Company's part
8. Liability and Insurance
- Company maintains comprehensive insurance for all operations
- Company's liability is limited to the value of fuel delivered
- Company is not liable for consequential damages or business losses
- Customer must notify any claims within 24 hours of delivery
9. Intellectual Property
The Company name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks
of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website
- Introduce any viruses or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under
these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
