1. Order Processing
1.1 Order Confirmation
- All orders are processed within 24 business hours of receipt
- Order confirmation is sent via SMS and email
- Delivery scheduling is done after order confirmation
- Customer receives delivery slot notification 12 hours before delivery

All orders are subject to verification of delivery location safety and accessibility.
We may contact customers to confirm delivery details and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
2. Delivery Schedule
2.1 Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days from order confirmation
- Delivery hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- No deliveries on Sunday and public holidays
- Free delivery for orders above 200 liters
- Delivery charges apply for orders below 200 liters
2.2 Express Delivery
- Delivery time: 12-24 hours from order confirmation
- Additional charges: ₹500-₹2000 based on quantity and location
- Subject to vehicle and driver availability
- Not available for bulk orders (1000L+)
2.3 Bulk Delivery
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
- Minimum order quantity: 1000 liters
- Special scheduling arrangements required
- Dedicated vehicle and driver allocation
3. Delivery Requirements
3.1 Location Requirements
- Clear access for fuel delivery vehicle (minimum 12 feet width)
- Stable ground surface for safe operations
- Adequate lighting for evening deliveries
- No overhead obstructions (wires, trees, structures)
- Minimum 10 meters distance from buildings and other structures
3.2 Safety Requirements
- Customer or authorized representative must be present during delivery
- No smoking or open flames within 50 meters of delivery area
- All electrical equipment must be switched off during delivery
- Delivery area must be cleared of unauthorized personnel
- Emergency contact numbers must be readily available
4. Delivery Process
4.1 Pre-Delivery Inspection
Our delivery team will conduct a safety inspection of the delivery location before commencing fuel transfer.
If any safety concerns are identified, delivery may be postponed or cancelled.
4.2 Delivery Procedure
- Vehicle positioning and safety equipment setup
- Static electricity bonding and grounding procedures
- Fuel quality verification and quantity measurement
- Supervised fuel transfer with calibrated equipment
- Final quantity confirmation and delivery receipt
5. Failed Deliveries
5.1 Customer Unavailability
- If customer is unavailable at scheduled time, a re-delivery fee may apply
- First re-delivery attempt is free for standard deliveries
- Subsequent attempts attract charges of ₹500-₹1500
- Orders may be cancelled after 3 failed delivery attempts
5.2 Safety Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to safety concerns at the delivery location,
the order will be rescheduled after the safety issues are resolved. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Order Cancellations
6.1 Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations up to 12 hours before delivery: No charges
- Cancellations 6-12 hours before delivery: 10% cancellation fee
- Cancellations less than 6 hours before delivery: 25% cancellation fee
- Orders cannot be cancelled once vehicle is dispatched
6.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to safety concerns, regulatory requirements, or operational issues.
Full refunds will be provided for company-initiated cancellations.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
Due to the nature of fuel products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of delivered fuel.
All sales are final once delivery is completed and acknowledged by the customer.
7.2 Refund Policy
- Full refunds for company-initiated cancellations
- Partial refunds based on cancellation timing (see Section 6.1)
- Refunds for quality issues if proven within 24 hours of delivery
- All refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds made to original payment method
7.3 Quality Issues
If you believe there is a quality issue with the delivered fuel, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and may arrange for testing by an independent laboratory. Refunds or replacements
will be provided if quality issues are confirmed.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Fuel shortages or supply chain disruptions
- Vehicle breakdowns or equipment failures
- Strikes or labor disputes
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
9. Liability and Insurance
- We maintain comprehensive insurance for all delivery operations
- Our liability is limited to the value of fuel delivered
- We are not liable for consequential damages or business losses
- All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
